SAICO relied heavily on traditional accounting methods, such as spreadsheet tools, email communication, and standalone software. Manual & Time-consuming Processes

The organization relied heavily on manual Excel inputs and paperwork to manage production, financial, backend, and stock transactions. Using traditional accounting systems further increased the chances of calculation errors.
