Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Uncanny Consulting Services LLP ("Uncanny"), we prioritize customer satisfaction and have implemented a fair cancellation policy. As a service-based business, our offerings are not physical products that can be returned for a refund. Our services are accessible immediately upon delivery, eliminating the need for returns.

• All projects are structured around milestones that define the project’s direction and roadmap.
• Web design, development, and application projects undergo thorough analysis and scope documentation before initiation, ensuring clarity and reducing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
• Given that each project milestone involves dedicated effort and resources, refunds cannot be issued for work that has already been completed.
• If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains full access to all work completed up to that point. Any advance payment made for future development will be refunded accordingly.
• Clients who decide to switch providers within 48 hours of project initiation are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellations are not permitted for services purchased under special promotional offers, as these are time-limited and non-refundable.

Services provided on a Hours Bucket / Time & Material (T&M) basis or through Hire Dedicated Developer agreements are non-refundable.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted to Uncanny's Account Manager/Project Manager via email. A request will only be considered valid once you receive confirmation from the PMO.
• Processing a cancellation request requires a minimum of two weeks.
• Project cancellations are subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed upon at the project's initiation.
• Once a project has been released for beta delivery, it cannot be canceled.
• If a project is mutually terminated, the client is required to compensate for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Source code, designs, or any other project-related materials will only be delivered upon full settlement of outstanding payments.

Clients are responsible for saving a copy of the delivered files on their server or preferred storage media. Uncanny can re-deliver electronic files within 30 days of the initial delivery. After this period, Uncanny is not responsible for maintaining or re-providing the files.
