Introduction
At Uncanny Consulting Services LLP ("Uncanny"), we prioritize customer satisfaction and have implemented a fair cancellation policy. As a service-based business, our offerings are not physical products that can be returned for a refund. Our services are accessible immediately upon delivery, eliminating the need for returns.
Project Execution & Cancellation Terms
All projects are structured around milestones that define the project’s direction and roadmap.
Web design, development, and application projects undergo thorough analysis and scope documentation before initiation, ensuring clarity and reducing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
Given that each project milestone involves dedicated effort and resources, refunds cannot be issued for work that has already been completed.
If a project is mutually terminated, the client retains full access to all work completed up to that point. Any advance payment made for future development will be refunded accordingly.
Clients who decide to switch providers within 48 hours of project initiation are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations are not permitted for services purchased under special promotional offers, as these are time-limited and non-refundable.
Development & Consulting Services
Services provided on a Hours Bucket / Time & Material (T&M) basis or through Hire Dedicated Developer agreements are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Uncanny's Account Manager/Project Manager via email. A request will only be considered valid once you receive confirmation from the PMO.
Processing a cancellation request requires a minimum of two weeks.
Project cancellations are subject to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed upon at the project's initiation.
Once a project has been released for beta delivery, it cannot be canceled.
If a project is mutually terminated, the client is required to compensate for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Source code, designs, or any other project-related materials will only be delivered upon full settlement of outstanding payments.
Delivery Policy
As a service-based business, Uncanny Consulting Services LLP does not deliver physical products, eliminating the risk of loss or misplacement. Our deliverables include design files, software code, and compiled applications, which are provided electronically via our collaboration tools or email.
Clients are responsible for saving a copy of the delivered files on their server or preferred storage media. Uncanny can re-deliver electronic files within 30 days of the initial delivery. After this period, Uncanny is not responsible for maintaining or re-providing the files.
