Moyee Coffee partnered with Uncanny to unify and automate its multi-channel fulfillment across international operations. With orders flowing from both B2C and B2B websites, the brand needed a single system to eliminate manual shipment handling, streamline warehouse processes, and offer customers real-time delivery visibility.

Using Odoo for food and beverage operations, Uncanny implemented a fully automated order-to-shipment workflow, integrated PostNL fulfillment, and enabled seamless order sync between platforms, helping Moyee Coffee scale fulfillment speed, accuracy, and customer experience as demand grows.

Key Operational Challenges

Manual Shipment Processing

Orders from both online and offline channels required manual re-entry into the courier portal (PostNL), creating bottlenecks and extra error risk in dispatch workflows.

Customer Order Portal with Live Tracking

Integrated PostNL tracking numbers into Odoo’s customer portal. Customers can now access tracking directly from their order page, and clicking the link redirects them to PostNL for real-time status.
