With the Odoo ERP ecosystem, connecting POS, kitchen displays, procurement, payroll, inventory, financials, delivery platforms, and website ordering into one automated system became possible. The initial Odoo POS version lacked advanced restaurant capabilities such as combo meals, discounts, table differentiation, and delivery platform sync, forcing staff to handle many steps manually and slowing billing flow during peak hours.

Orders were either verbally relayed or handwritten, creating ticket confusion, increasing prep errors, and slowing turnaround, especially across separate kitchens for different food categories.
