As one of the largest distributors, the brand has a massive warehouse to manage its production and distribution operations. Over the years, Zafco has developed strong relationships with customers across the Middle East, Indonesia, and Thailand, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

However, as the brand started to expand its global footprint, the existing ERP setup couldn’t keep up. In their previous workflow, SAP managed operations, but the cost of running it at such a massive scale and lower flexibility created friction for the brand. Moving from SAP to Odoo

After auditing Zafco’s audit team’s workflow, we replaced SAP with Odoo to provide more flexibility within their existing systems. The new replacement was able to scale with the firm while removing the high-maintenance, complex operations of the past.

Connecting Odoo with ZATCA

A custom integration was developed between Odoo and ZATCA to support tax compliance requirements. The integration was built specifically around Zafco's needs while ensuring secure data exchange.
