Tyres Online is a UAE-based online tyre and wheel retailer, focused on serving retailers across the Middle East. The brand shot into popularity for its commitment to quality, competitive pricing, and dependable services since 2018. Over the years, the brand has established itself as a trusted destination for automotive needs in the region.
However, the company began to face challenges as it scaled. The firm faced friction in running day-to-day operations while managing customer service and eCommerce. Additionally, the tire brand lacked structure in its current workflow, which is how it reached out to team Uncanny.
